International Shipping & Ordering Information

Special notes for International Orders:

International orders (outside the U.S.) are welcome, however please do not order this item if it is illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs Office before purchasing to see if your country permits the shipment of this item to your country. International orders are fine, but please keep in mind that they are done at your risk. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we cannot issue a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.

You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form minus the shipping fee. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount. For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Computer Software". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description. Some countries allow for importation of otherwise disallowed products "for personal use only", but not for resale. Check with your Customs office.

COUNTRIES: We ship to virually everywhere in the world with the following exception:
We DO NOT and will not ship to any of the following countries Afganistan (except U.S. and NATO government locations) , Burma, Belarus, China, Yemen, Iran, Iraq (except U.S. government facilities), Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Rwanda, Somalia, Syria, Nigeria, Vietnam, Yeman, Zaire and Zimbabwe or any country with known ties or connections to the terrorist community. It is at our discretion to choose not to ship an order to any foreign country.

International Shipping

If you are ordering from any country other than the U.S. your order will be shipped via Air Mail. Shipping is free on all orders of $50.00+ USD.
